Where is my portrait?
Your tracking link is in the shipping email we sent the moment your parcel left the print facility. Search your inbox for “[BRAND]” — and check the promotions or spam folder, because shipping notifications often land there.
The normal timeline
- Within minutes of ordering: confirmation email with your approved artwork attached.
- Within 24 hours: printing starts.
- About 3 business days: production finishes.
- 5–7 days from order: delivered.
Two parcels?
If you ordered more than one type of product — say a canvas and a mug — they are made at different facilities and ship separately, each with its own tracking number. Arriving a day or two apart is normal.
Tracking has not moved in days
Carrier scans sometimes go quiet for 48–72 hours in transit. It is usually nothing. If nothing has moved for four days, or it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered, email us with your order number. We chase the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
It says delivered and it is not here
Check with neighbours and around the building first — large flat parcels get tucked away. If it has not appeared within 24 hours, write to us and we will reprint it.
