Three steps, and you see the result before you pay
1. Upload one photo
Front-facing, decent light, ears in the frame. That is genuinely all we need. No account, no email required to start. If the photo will not work, we tell you immediately and say why — we do not take your money and find out three days later.
2. See your portrait in about ten seconds
Pick a style and the portrait appears on screen, watermarked and free. It is your pet's actual face, staged in the scene you chose. Not similar. Not a breed lookalike. Theirs.
Try as many styles as you want. Move the head, zoom, swap the photo. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.
3. Order only if you love it
Choose the size and the frame, tick the box that says it looks like your pet, and order. Printing starts within 24 hours. Most US orders arrive in 5–7 days.
Why we show it first
Every other studio takes your money, then emails a proof one to three days later. Some of them charge extra to show it sooner. We think that has it backwards. The only real question anyone has is will it look like my pet, and the honest way to answer that is to show you.
It also means we do not need countdown timers or a permanent sale. The preview does the selling.
What happens after you order
- Within minutes: order confirmation with your approved portrait attached. If you bought the digital download, the file is in that email.
- Within 24 hours: printing starts at our US print partner.
- About 3 business days: production finishes and your parcel ships with tracking.
- 5–7 days from order: it arrives.
We spot-check every tenth order by hand, and every Forever order, before it goes to print.
