The timeline, honestly

Day 0. You approve your preview and order. Confirmation email arrives within minutes, with your artwork attached.
Day 0–1. Printing starts at our US print partner. Framed pieces take slightly longer to set up than unframed.
Day 2–4. Production finishes. Canvas takes about 3 business days, posters and mugs less.
Day 5–7. Delivered, with tracking emailed the moment it ships.

Because you approve the artwork before you pay, nothing waits on a proof. Studios that email a proof after purchase add one to three days before printing even begins.

Multiple items

Different products are made at different facilities, so a canvas and a mug in the same order usually arrive in separate parcels, sometimes a day or two apart. Each one gets its own tracking number. This is normal, and it is not a lost parcel.

Christmas and other deadlines

Our last order dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery are published on this page in October, once the carriers confirm their own cut-offs. We do not publish a date we cannot stand behind, and we do not move it afterwards.

If you miss the cut-off: the digital download and the printed reveal card both arrive the same day you order, so there is still something to give. The framed piece follows in January.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the facility. If it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived, email us — we will chase it rather than asking you to.
