Will it actually look like my pet?
You decide that before you pay. Upload a photo, see the portrait in about ten seconds, and only order if it looks right. If the printed piece still does not look like them, we reprint it or refund you.
What if my photo is not great?
We check it the moment you upload and tell you exactly what is wrong — too small, face not detected, ears cut off. The Photo Guide covers what works. A phone photo near a window is usually plenty.
How long does it take?
Printing starts within 24 hours of your order. Production takes about 3 business days and most US orders arrive within 5–7 days. Nothing waits on a proof, because you already approved the artwork.
Can I put two or three pets in one portrait?
Yes. Upload one photo per pet and we place them in the same scene. Second pet adds $15, third adds $25. You see the whole group in your preview.
Do you work with cats?
Every style exists in a cat version built specifically for cats — different head placement, different ear clearance, different neckline. Not a dog template with the head shrunk down. That is the difference between a portrait that looks like your cat and one that looks like a cat.
Can I return it?
Personalised items are made for you alone, so we cannot resell them and do not accept general returns. What we do instead is stronger: if it does not look like your pet, or the print is faulty, or it arrived damaged, we reprint or refund without asking you to send anything back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it to make your portrait, and nothing else. We do not train models on it and we do not sell it. If you do not order, it is deleted after 30 days. If you do order, we keep it for 12 months so we can reprint without asking you to upload again.
Do I need an account?
No. You can upload, preview and order as a guest.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only.
Can I get the file as well as the print?
Yes — add the digital download for $9.95 and the high-resolution file arrives by email as soon as you pay. Useful when the gift is tonight and the parcel is next week.
