Before you write, two shortcuts

• Not sure your photo will work? Just upload it. The preview is free and takes about ten seconds — that answers the question faster than we can.
• Where is my order? Your tracking link is in the shipping email. If it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered, write to us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

What to include

Your order number, and a photo if something arrived wrong. That is usually enough for us to fix it in one reply rather than three.

Wholesale, shelters and partners
